NAC对早期断奶仔猪抗氧化能力和免疫能力的影响

摘    要:试验旨在研究日粮添加N-乙酰半胱氨酸(NAC)对早期断奶仔猪的氧化还原状况和免疫指标的影响。试验选取10窝仔猪,随机分为2组,每组5窝,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组从7日龄开始,至25日龄时结束,在基础日粮中添加500mg/kg NAC。仔猪21日龄断奶。25日龄时,每窝选取1头(每组共5头),采集血样和脾脏样。结果表明,日粮添加NAC组显著提高了血清谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平(P0.05),降低了丙二醛(MDA)和过氧化氢(H2O2)(P0.05)的含量,同时增加了血清中免疫球蛋白IgM的含量(P0.05),而对仔猪血清炎性因子水平无显著影响。NAC处理能显著提高脾脏中IL-2,IL-6及I-κBαmRNA的相对表达水平(P0.05)。上述结果表明,日粮中添加500mg/kg NAC显著提高了断奶仔猪的抗氧化能力和免疫力,缓解断奶应激。
