摘    要:在对源于我国抗稻瘿蚊资源大秋其的抗稻瘿蚊基因Gm6精细定位的基础上,利用与Gm6连锁的位置特异性微卫星(position-specificmicrosatellite,PSM)标记进行分子标记辅助抗性育种。利用PSM101标记对3个抗稻瘿蚊新品系KG18、KI41和AK7的F10进行了分析,其带型均与抗性亲本一致;利用PSM101标记从巴太香占/KG18的197个F2家系中鉴定出48个抗稻瘿蚊株系,经抗性表型鉴定,筛选出的抗稻瘿蚊株系的抗性表现与基因型一致;利用PSM101标记,对抗稻瘿蚊两系杂交稻的F1进行测定,结果表明为真杂种子。

Abstract:On the basis of fine mapping of Gm6 from resistant rice variety Daqiuqi, application of position-specific microsatellite maker closely linked to gene Gm6 in rice resistant breeding. Analyses of F_(10) line of three new rice varieties KG18, KI41 and AK7 against rice gall midge with PSM101, their belts were consistent with the resistant parent. 48 resistant lines were selected from 197 F_2 lines of Bataixiangzhan/KG18 with PSM101, after resistant phenotype appraisal, the resistant performance were consistent with the genotype. F_1 lines of tow- hybrid rice against gall midge were analyzed to identify true or false hybrid with PSM101 marker; the result indicated for really hybridizes.
