福建省耕地利用结构优化研究

摘    要:在确定优化参数和约束方程的基础上,借助线性规划模型进行福建省耕地利用结构优化.优化后全省耕地粮食、经济和绿肥作物播种面积比例由2000年的67.22%∶28.01%∶4.77%调整为2010年的58.77%∶34.79%∶6.44%.适当调整或控制经济效益相对较低的稻谷、大小麦、大豆和甘蔗及适种性不广的玉米等作物播种面积,不同程度扩大甘薯、马铃薯、杂粮、油料作物、烟叶、蔬菜和绿肥等作物播种面积,耕地利用结构趋于合理,经济效益显著提高.2010年全省耕地主要农作物总产值达3051917.84万元,比2000年提高25.44%.在全省耕地利用结构优化方案控制下,对9个地市的耕地利用结构进行优化配置.

Abstract:Based on the determination of optimizing parameters and boundary equations, the cropland using structure in Fujian Province was optimized by the model of linear programming. The proportion of sown area of cereal, economic and green manure crops in Fujian, which was 67.22%∶28.01%∶4.77% in 2000, will be changed into 58.77%∶34.79%∶6.44% in 2010 after optimization. The planting areas of grain, barley, wheat, soybean and sugarcane with lower economic profits and those of corn with growing limitation will be decreased or controlled, and those of sweet potato, potato, other food grains, oil-bearing crops, tobacco, vegetable and green manure crops will be extended in various degrees. The cropland using structure was optimized rationally and the economic profits of cropland utilization will be increased notably. The total output values of main crops in Fujian will be reached about 305.19 million yuan in 2010, which was 25.44% higher than those in 2000. The cropland using structures in 9 prefectures of Fujian were also optimized based on the provincial optimizing results.
