| 摘 要： | 目的]筛选和鉴定1株产岩藻多糖酶淡水菌。方法]从土壤中分离到1株产岩藻多糖酶淡水菌株，对菌株的形态、生理生化特征及t6SrRNA进行鉴定。结果]结果表明，菌株酶活力单位为2．57IU。根据菌株的形态、生理生化特征及16SrRNA鉴定结果，该菌株为荧光假单胞菌。结论]该研究结果为解决内陆省份生产酶制剂问题提供先决条件。
