岩薯5号的主要特征特性及其栽培技术研究

摘    要:岩薯5号是以岩齿红为母本,岩94—1为父本,于1991年通过有性杂交选育而成。经7年47个点次试验,平均鲜薯产量38.93t/hm^2,比对照增产38.99%,28个点次平均薯干产量10.31t/hm^2,比对照增产了29.22%。平均晒干率26.2%,每kg鲜薯中含胡萝卜素97.00mg、维生素C167.60mg、钙132.00mg、磷426.00mg、铁7.40mg,薯干含氨基酸总量3.70%。高抗蔓割病。该品种属食用和加工用类型品种。岩薯5号的栽培要点是培育壮苗,栽插密度控制在4.5万株/hm^2左右,氮、磷、钾肥配合施用,每1hm^2施用尿素75kg,过磷酸钙150kg、硫酸钾150kg较为合理。适时收获,全生育期控制在150d以内。

Abstract:Yanshu 5 was bred from a hybrid of Yanchihong (female) and Yan 94-1 (male)in 1991. The data of 47 different location trials for 7 years showed that its average yield of fresh roots is 38.93 t/hm~2, 38.99% higher than that of the check cultivar, and its average yield of dry roots of 28 locations is 10.3 t/hm~2, 29.22% higher than that of the control. The dry weight rate of the roots is 26.2%. Per kilogram of fresh roots of Yanshu 5 contains carotene 97.00 mg, Vc 167.00 mg, Ca 132.00 mg, P 426.00 mg, Fe 7.40 mg, and the total amino acid of dry roots is 3.7%. Yanshu 5 is highly resistant to Fusarrium oxysporum f.sp. batatas. It can be used for food and industry processing. The keys of cultivation are cultivating strong cuttings, planting 45 000 cuttings per hm~2 approximately with a proper fertilization of urea 75 kg, superphosphate 150 kg, potassium sulphate 150 kg.Its period growth should be controlled as not longer than 150 days.
