| 摘 要： | 目的]对梭洞学（Polygonam capitarum D.Don）全草中的总黄酮含量进行测定。方法]以槲皮素为对照品,采用盐酸-镁粉反应比色法测定总黄酮含量。结果]样品中总黄酮在浓度0.007143～0.07143mg/ml范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为y=1.1760x＋0.0076（R^2=0.9998）,回收率为99.54%,RSD=0.95%（n=5）。结论]该方法准确,简便,可用于梭洞学中总黄酮含量的测定。

| Abstract: | Objective] The aim was to determine the content of total flavones in Polygonam capitarum D.Don. Method] With quercetin as reference substance,hydrochloric acid—Mg reaction colorimetry method was adopted to determine the content of total flavones. Result] Total flavones in sample had a good linear relationship with absorbance within the concentration of 0.007 143-0.071 43 mg/ml,the regression equation was y=1.176 0x + 0.007 6(R2 = 0.999 8),the recovery rate was 99.54%,RSD =0.95%(n=5). Conclusion] The method is simple,accurate and can be used for determination of total flavones inP. capitarum. |
