| 摘 要： | 用β2肾上腺素受体兴奋剂——叔丁氯喘通处理肥育猪并对猪的肉质品质,肉中生化物质组成及血液诸成分的分析结果表明,叔丁氯喘通使猪瘦肉率提高10.69%,眼肌面积提高21.97%(P<0.05),后腿比提高10.18%(P<0.05),肉中脂肪含量降低12.30%,蛋白质含量增加8.60%,血糖升高,血中蛋白氮增加7.00%,非蛋白氮降低,血脂升高16.02%(P<0.05),脂肪酶活性升高22.00%(P<0.05)。血脂的升高与脂肪酶活性的升高呈强正相关,同时还发现血中cAMP升高近1.5倍。

| Abstract: | The effects of tulobuterol on fat deposition of pig in finishing stage.were studied through treating pigs with tulobuterol,and then their meat quality,chemical composition of meat and some components in blood were analysed,The results showed that lean meat percentag increased by 10.69%,loin-eye area by 21.97%,hind leg ratio by 10.18% (P<0.05),protein content in meat by 8.60%,and fat content in meat decreased by 12.30%,Blood analysis showed that blood sugar level increased but non-protein N (NPN) level decreased,protein-N increased by 7.00%,blood fat by 16.02%(P<0.05),activity of lipase by 22.00% (P<0.05),and that there was a strong positive correlation between the increments of blood fat level and activity of blood lipase and that cAMP levelin blood was 1.5 times as the contral. |
