摘    要:苦瓜作为药食同源的植物,具有多种保健功能,其降血糖活性一直是人们关注的热点。苦瓜中起到降血糖作用的活性成分主要是皂苷、黄酮、多糖等物质。因此,本文针对这些活性成分的提取和评价方法加以综述,以利于降血糖机理及相关产品的开发。

The Extration and Evaluation Study of Hypoglycemic Active Components of Momordica charantia L

Abstract:As a medicinal and edible plant, Momordica charantia L. has a variety of health functions including hypoglycemic activity concerned by many people. The main active components having hypoglycemic effect include saponins, flavonoids, polysaccharides. In this paper, extraction and evaluation methods of hypoglycemic active components were reviewed for the development of products and hypoglycaemic mechanism.
