大叶桂樱种子萌发特性试验

摘    要:为了解大叶桂樱对环境的适应机制,通过设置不同的浸种时间、温度和光照条件,对其进行种子萌发特性观察,结果表明,大叶桂樱种子的最适浸泡时间为24 h,其发芽率和发芽势达90.04%和49.22%,时间过长反而会降低发芽率;最适萌发温度是25℃,高温和低温都不利于种子萌发;光照对种子萌发有一定的促进作用,在12h/d的光照条件下,可以明显提高种子的发芽率和发芽势,但光照对种子萌发的开始时间和持续时间影响不明显.

Abstract:Study on seed germination characteristic of Laurocerasus :ippeliana was carried out by experiment of different soaking time, temperature and light duration. The result showed that the optimal soaking time was 24 hours, too long soaking time would decrease germination rate. The optimal temperature for germination was 25℃. Light had positive effect on germination rate and energy, especially under 12 hours/day, but had no effect on the starting time of germination.
