The hygiene supervisory criterion of dairy farm was established in th is article. As we know, the quality of fresh milk is closely related to the hygi ene of cow and cowshed. So we can greatly reduce the rate of disqualification, w hich resulted from the poor hygiene control of the cow and cowshed, by reinforce the hygiene control of the cow and cowshed. The hygiene control of cattle farm should be improved and a uniform rule of hygiene control was established, which is significant to ensure that we can provide certified milk to the public.
