摘    要:鲜奶的卫生质量与牛舍卫生、牛体卫生等条件密切相关。对牛舍以及奶牛场进行标准的卫生管理,可以大幅度降低由于牛场环境和牛体卫生等条件导致的鲜奶质量的高不合格率。规范目前奶牛饲养场的全面卫生管理,制定较为统一的奶牛场卫生管理标准,对保证让“中国人喝上放心奶”工程具有重要的意义。文章对我国奶牛场的卫生管理规范进行了全面探讨。

Abstract:The hygiene supervisory criterion of dairy farm was established in th is article. As we know, the quality of fresh milk is closely related to the hygi ene of cow and cowshed. So we can greatly reduce the rate of disqualification, w hich resulted from the poor hygiene control of the cow and cowshed, by reinforce the hygiene control of the cow and cowshed. The hygiene control of cattle farm should be improved and a uniform rule of hygiene control was established, which is significant to ensure that we can provide certified milk to the public.
