摘    要:用水蒸气蒸馏法提取华木莲Sinomanglietia glauca,木莲Manglietia fordiana,白玉兰Magnolia denudata,乐东拟单性木兰Parakmeria lotungensis,鹅掌楸Liriodendron chinense和观光木Tsoongiodendron odorum等6种木兰科Magnoliaceae植物鲜叶精油,并用气质联用(GC-MS)技术进行定性和定量分析。结果表明:从6种木兰科植物精油中共鉴定出44种化合物,多属单萜类和倍半萜类;6种植物精油中都能检测到石竹烯、-桉叶醇和萜烯醇,不同植物种类的精油主要化学成分与特有成分有明显差异。对6种木兰科植物精油成分进行聚类分析,结果与传统的分类学观点明显不同,利用精油成分差异对木兰科植物进行分类不一定可靠。6种木兰科植物叶片精油中分离出的多种成分在香料和医药领域均有很高的价值。图1表1参18

Abstract:To better utilize plants in the Magnoliaceae family,constituents of essential oils extracted by hydro-distillation from leaves of six Magnoliaceae species:Sinomanglietia glauca,Manglietia fordiana,Magnolia denudata,Parakmeria lotungensis,Liriodendron chinense,and Tsoongiodendron odorum,were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Results showed that 44 compounds were identified with the main components being monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes.The common components were caryophyllene,terpinen-4-ol,and β-eudesmol,but the main components and unique components differed for different species.The cluster analysis for the chemical composition of essential oils showed obvious differences from traditional taxonomic classifications.Many constituents of essential oils from these six species could have a high value when used as spices or medicines.
