| 摘 要： | 科学评价高等教育绩效对于优化高等教育资源配置、增强高校办学活力具有积极意义.应用数据包络分析方法(DEA),以M大学相关学院近3年的资源投入与产出数据为例,测算学院相对效率.并对DEA无效学院提出资源配置的改进建议.

| Abstract: | As scientific evaluation of the performance of higher education is of positive significance to the optimization of higher education resource allocation and the enhancement of the vitality of universities and colleges,this paper develops a data envelopment analysis(DEA) method to evaluate the relative efficiency of different colleges in a university based on the data of resource input and output in the previous 3 years.Finally,it offers some proposals to the low-efficient colleges for improving their resource allocation. |
