| 摘 要： | 通过原子吸收光度法测定新疆南部三种绵羊血清Na^ 、K^＋和Ca^＋＋的含量。结果表明：肉脂兼用型品种多浪羊和巴音布鲁克羊的血清Na^ .K^＋的含量明显高于盖皮型品种的卡拉库尔羊，差异极显著。而盖皮型品种的卡拉库尔羊血清Ca^ 的含量高于肉脂兼用型，其中对多浪羊差异极显著。

| Abstract: | In this research the content of blood serum's Na+、K+and Ca++in three breed sheep of South Xingjiang are determined by atomic absorption pectrophotometry. It indicated that the content of blood Serum's Na+、 K+ in the mutton-wool sheep named Doulong and Bayinbuluke are more than the lambskin Chinese KaraKu,and it is the most remarkable different(p<0.01).The content of blood serum's Ca++in the lambskin Chinese KaraKu is more than the mutton-wool sheep, and the difference is the most remarkable than Doulong yet (p<0.01). |
