Problems and countermeasures for independent colleges in their student enrollment

To deal with this and promote sustainable and sound development of independent colleges,efforts should be made for the following:establish and perfect its policies,regulations and statutes, improve the understanding of the public towards independent colleges, set up scientific stratagems for sustainable development and make feasible development plans,enhance self-determination in student enrollment,establish market-oriented disciplines and specialties, improve the educational quality,strengthen guidance to employment, enhance supervision and normalize the development, thus to gain public recognition.
