在科学发展观指导下谋划农业经济发展战略

探索促进农村科技进步、农业增效、农民增收的长效管理运行体制,推动农业经济快速、健康和稳定法稳定发展是解决“三农”问题的关键。依据农业发达国家的经验和我国农业现状,笔者认为提高农民素质;加快农业科技成果的转化率及应用范围;建立农民经济合作(协作)组织是加速我国农业经济发展的重要事情。

Try to Find a Strategy for Developing Agriculture Economy Guided by Scientific Developing Concept

Exploring long term administrative system to promote advance of agricultural science and technology and raise the efficiency of farming and add farmers' income is the key point to solve related issues and achieve a rapid and steady development of agriculture economy. Based on experiences of developed countries and current status of China agriculture, it was considered the important thing to speed up the development of agriculture economy in China, i.e., raising the quality of farmers, accelerating the transform of achievements of agricultural science and technology and enlarging new technology applying areas, constructing farmers' economy cooperative organizations.
