百合品种间杂交亲和性的比较

采用常规授粉方法,进行杂种系内和系间杂交以及品种自交的研究。结果表明,亚洲百合(A)及东方百合(O)同一杂种系内品种间杂交几乎全部亲和;其中亚洲百合品种间杂交中11个组合都获得有胚种子,各组合有胚种子为2.2%～11.5%;东方百合的7个组合中6个获得有胚种子,各组合有胚种子为5.4%～18.8%;而LA×LA的5个组合中,仅有两个组合获得未成熟的果实。在不同杂种系间杂交时,东方百合与亚洲百合间的杂交未获得有胚种子。当以OT及LA杂种系的品种为母本时,分别与东方百合、喇叭百合及亚洲百合杂交,母本亲和性较高;其中OT×O的组合中,大多获得有胚种子,有胚率2.9%～9.3%;OT×岷江百合(喇叭百合)的7个组合可得到有胚种子,有胚种子率4.8%～12.4%;LA×A的组合中,几乎都可以获得有胚种子,有胚率为0.31%～3.76%,而A×LA的10个组合均未得到有胚种子。大部分品种自交不能结实,仅亚洲百合Black out获得少数有胚种子。

Cross-compatibility among Some Hybrids Cultivars in Lilium

With the aim of studying the self-compatibility, intra- and interspecific cross-compatibility, crossing was made by normal pollination technique. Results showed that most of crosses in the same hybrid group were compatible. Among these, eleven A×A and six of seven O×O combinations obtained seeds. The percentage of seed with embryo ranged from 2.2% to 11.5% and 5.4% to 18.8%. For LA × LA combination, two of five obtained immature fruits without seeds. Intraspecific-pollination between oriental and asiatic is incompatibility. For the combination of OT and oriental hybrids, LA and Asiatic hybrids, seeds could be obtained when LA and OT hybrids were taken as the female parent. Most of OT×O combinations obtained seeds with embryo ranging from 2.9% to 9.3%. Seven combinations of OT×Lilium regale (T) can get mature seeds, the percentage of seed with embryo ranged from 4.8% to 12.4%. Almost all of the LA×A combinations obtained ripe seeds and the percentage of seed with embryo ranging from 0.31% to 3.76%.No seeds were obtained from ten A×LA combinations. Most cultivars were self-incompatibility except one Asiatic hybrids Black out, in which few seeds were harvested.
