不同浓度GA_3处理和不同温度层积对东北红豆杉种子胚形态变化的影响

摘    要:以东北红豆杉种子为试验材料,采用两因素试验,通过不同浓度GA3处理、不同温度层积处理,研究东北红豆杉种子胚形态变化,以探讨打破东北红豆杉种子休眠的有效途径,保护东北红豆杉资源。试验结果表明:结合GA3处理进行不同温度层积处理,东北红豆杉的种胚长度和宽度与处理前相比都有明显增加,GA3200mg/L处理结合变温层积效果最好,说明赤霉素处理结合变温层积能有效的促进东北红豆杉种胚形态后熟。

Abstract:Adopted Taxus cuspidate seeds as test material,two-factor test,different concentrations of GA3 treatment and the different temperature stratifications,researched the embryo form changes,To explore effective ways to break seed dormancy of Taxus cuspidata.to protect of Taxus cuspidate resources.The results showed that: combined the GA3 treatment and the different temperature stratification,compared to before the embryo length and width of Taxus cuspidata had increased significantly.Effect of GA3 200 mg/L treatment combined with the different temperature stratification was the best.It showed that GA treatment combination of the different temperature stratification can effectively promote the embryo form of Taxus cuspidata after maturity.
