改性稻草/高密度聚乙烯复合材料的工艺性能

摘    要:以改性稻草和高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)为原料,研究了改性稻草/HDPE复合材料的热压工艺,分析了稻草改性用NaOH溶液质量分数、热压时间、HDPE加入比例等因素对复合板材性能的影响.结果表明,热压最佳工艺参数为:密度0.75g/cm~3,施胶量4%,热压温度160℃,热压时间6min,HDPE加入比例30%,NaOH溶液质量分数2.5%.在此条件下制作的改性稻草/HDPE复合材料力学性能达到刨花板国家标准GB/T 4897-2003要求.

Abstract:The hot-pressing technology for the modified strawHDPE composites were studied using the modified straw and HDPE as raw materials.Effects of concentration of NaOH solution,hot-pressing time and HDPE content on the properties of the composites were analysed.The optimal technological parameters were obtained as board density 0.75gcm3,resin content 4%,hot-pressing temperature 160 degrees C,hot-pressing time 6minutes,HDPE content 30%,and concentration of NaOH solution 2.5%.The testing results showed that the me...
