摘    要:根据复等位基因遗传假说 ,利用大白菜核不育系 9810 9和已知基因型的甲型两用系可育株 99135 2作为不育源 ,以大白菜自交系 97A40 7为目标亲本 ,经过 5个世代的转育 ,获得了具有 97A40 7遗传基因型的新甲型两用系、临时保持系和雄性不育系。

Abstract:Based on the multiple allele hypothesis,the male sterile lines 98109 and fertile plant 99135-2 of AB lines type Ⅰ of Chinese cabbage were used as a source of male sterility,the inbred line 97A407 as goal parent. The gene of male sterility was transferred to 97A407. New AB line type Ⅰ,new male sterile line and their corresponding temporary maintainer line were abtained from transferred progenies deprived from 97A407. It promotes the breeding of F 1 hybrid of Chinese cabbage.
