不同肥力水平对烤烟各部位烟叶中性香气成分含量的影响

摘    要:2008年在豫中烤烟产区设置了高、中、低3个肥力水平,研究了烤烟底脚叶、下二棚、腰叶、上二棚、顶叶5个部位烤后烟叶中性香气成分含量的变化.结果表明,在高肥力条件下,大多数的类胡萝卜素类降解产物、糖类及非酶棕色化反应降解产物、芳香族氨基酸裂解产物含量随着叶位的升高呈增加趋势,茄酮含量则在腰叶与上二棚处于较低水平,新植二烯含量在上二棚处含量最高;中等肥力条件下,多数香气成分在上二棚处达到最高值,茄酮与新植二烯则分别在下二棚与腰叶处含量最高;低肥力条件下烟叶多数香气成分含量在腰叶或下二棚处含量最高.这说明随着土壤肥力水平的降低大多数香气成分含量达到最大值时的叶位也随之降低.整体来看,底脚叶在不同肥力条件下香气物质总量均为最低,高肥力的上部叶香气物质总量最高,中、低肥力分别在腰叶与下二棚处香气物质含量较为丰富.

Abstract:Three tobacco fields with different soil fertility levels were chosen from Central Henan to investigate the changes and distribution of neutral aroma components among different stalk positions(lugs,primings,cutters,leaves,tips).Results showed that under higher fertility conditions,the content of carotenoid catabolite,carbohydrate and maillard reaction catabolite,phenylalanine cracking catabolite increased with stalk position,but the content of solanone was low at middle and up middle leaf positions.The cont...
