柑桔属植物若干分类群的分支分析

用２４个形态学性状，对柑桔属（ＣｉｔｒｕｓＬ．）植物的２４个分类群进行了相容性分支分析，得到了建立在１４个相容性状基础上的分支图。分支关系表明，施文格分类系统的真正柑桔亚属（Ｅｕｃｉｔｒｕｓ）是单系类群，其姐妹群是大翼橙（Ｐａｐｅｄａ）．田中系统的枸橼类（Ｃｉｔｒｏｐｈｏｒｕｍ）、柚类（Ｃｅｐｈａｌｏｃｉｔｒｕｓ）、蜜柑类（Ａｃｒｕｍｅｎ）和桔亚类（Ｍｉｃｒｏａｃｒｕｍｅｎ）是单系类群，而橙类（Ａｕｒａｎｔｉｕｍ）和真正蜜柑亚类（Ｅｕａｃｒｕｍｅｎ）是并系类群。根据分支关系，讨论了柑桔属植物系统演化关系及分类问题。

Study on the Cladistic Relationship of the Genus Citrus

As a result of the cladistic analysis of the compatibility of 24 morphological charac-ters in 24 taxa of the genus Citrus,a cladogram based on 14 compatible characters was ob-stained. It is showed that the Eucitrus. from Swingle classification system is a monophyleticgroup, the sister-group of which is papeda(Citrus hystix),and the Citrophorum, Cephaloc-itrus, Acrumen and Microcrumen from Tanaka system are also monophyletic group, but theAurantium and Euacrumen from Tanaka system are polyphyletic group. The citrus phyloge-netic relationship and classification were discussed according to the cladistic relationship.
