摘    要:选择一野生株与一栽培株分别与一杂交株进行双单杂交 ,得到 6个杂交后代 ,均具有结实性。在对杂交菌株进行菌丝生长速率与CMC酶活研究基础上 ,分别选一代表株进行栽培试验。结果表明 ,1号菌株生物效率为 12 7 5 % ,5号菌株生物效率为 7 8% ,显示出以野生株作为供体比栽培株作为供体 ,其杂交后代呈现极其明显的优势

Abstract:A wild strain(Q)and a cultured strain(S)were respectively crossed with a crossed strain(N 1)and six hybrids were obtained,which generated primordia in a improved liquid medium.Two strain was selected for cultivation on the basis of the study of the growth rate mycelium and CMC enzyme activity of the hybrids.The result of the cultivation showed that biological efficiency of NO 1 was 127 5% but that of No 5(was)7 8%,which the hybrid from wild strain donor displayed much greater vigor than the hybrid from a cultured strain did.
