大隆(TALON)灭鼠的试验研究

作者于1980年3～4月和7～8月间,在青海省天峻县和门源县草甸草原牧场进行了新杀鼠剂大隆杀灭我国西北草原主要害鼠—高原鼠兔(Ochotonacurzoniae)、中华鼢鼠(Myospalax fontanieri kukunoriensis)的试验研究。大隆对鼠兔的LD_(50)为0.1380mg/kg(0.1192～0.1568mg/kg),对鼢鼠的LD_(50)为0.4388mg/kg(0.2742～0.7022mg/kg)。 0.015％、0.030％和0.060％三种浓度大隆毒饵对鼠兔的现场灭效均达90％以上。一系列试验证明,大隆对草原害鼠的毒力强,使用浓度低,适口性好,无明显的耐药性,对天敌的危害性小。作者认为大隆可以应用于草原灭鼠,并可能有较好的前景。

STUDIES ON THE RODENTICIDE TALON AGAINST RODENT

This work was carried out on the glassland in Tianjun and Menyuan,Qinghai Province.This paper deals with a series of experiment in which we use a new rodenticide Talon (Brodifacoum) to kill Plateau pikas (Ochotona curzoniae) and Common Chinese zokors (Myospalax fontanieri kukunoriensis).It had been evaluated the medical lethal dose (LD₅₀) for Plateaupikas and Common Chinese zokors,its values are 0.1380mg/kg (95% confident limit is 0.1192-0.1568mg/kg) and 0.4388mg/kg (95% confidentlimit is 0.2742-0.7022mg/kg) respectively.The experiment showes that Talon can be a single-dose rodenticide.In the experiment the poisoned rodents were died within 1.5-10 days,but its dead numbers were most within 3-5 days.The dead rodents has a evident bloody symptom,and it always ap-pears on the subcutaneous tissues,lungs,intestines,thorax and abdo-minal wall.In field tests,the oats are used as baits mixed with three concen-trations of 0.015%,0.030% and 0.060% of Brodifacoum sticky solutionrespectively to agnst Plateau pikas.As a result,the efficiency that control Plateau pikas was higher than 90%(see table 4).The research indicates that Plateau pikas has not become tolerance to Talon.Natural enamies of rodents,buzzard (Buteo hemilasius) and alpineweasel (Mustela altaica),which feed dead rodents poisoned by Talon,has not been observed secondary poisoning.Writers consider that Talon is a better rodenticide than others whichare useing today.
