摘    要:设计了一种基于神经网络的半主动悬架自适应模糊控制系统,分析了系统模型及自适应模糊控制的设计和实现,采用快速的变斜率梯度下降算法学习,具有自适应学习功能。仿真研究表明,神经网络自适应模糊半主动悬架性能明显优于一般的模糊控制,试验与计算结果基本吻合。

Abstract:A control strategy for vehicle semi-active suspension adaptive fuzzy system based on neural networks was proposed in this paper. The model of system and the design of adaptive fuzzy control were analyzed. A weight-learning algorithm was presented by using the gradient descent method with variable-slopes, which was useful to accelerate learning and improve convergence. Simulation results showed that the proposed controller has good control performance, the semi-active suspension is superior to the passive one in improving the ride comfort. Calculation results agreed with the measured ones.
