车辆发动机怠速抖动故障规律分析

摘    要:运用机械振动理论分析了发动机机体正常振动时的激振源和振动形式。指出,由于发动机的各种故障引起个别气缸气体作用力减小,导致总的反倒力矩平衡性恶化,出现怠速抖动。总结出故障规律,归纳出五个方面的故障类别。最后,提出了查排故障的一般方法。

Abstract:The paper analyzed the exciting vibration sources and forms while engine normal vibrating by means of mechanic vibration theory. It is pointed that engine's various faults can make the gas acting pressure lower in individual cylinders, lead to worsen the balance of gross overturn moment, and wobble the idling engine. Sumed up the failure rule and five sorts of types. Finally, the paper gave the ordinary means on checking and solving failures.
