Region ecosystem certification is a market mechanism to realize sustainable development.Region ecosystem management enterprise(REME) is the key node of this driving mechanism.The deduction from the Division Theory and Firm Theory indicates that REME should be built to realize the specialization of region ecosystem management.The analysis on REME in the region ecosystem certification mechanism by Game Theory makes clear that only one REME can apply for certification in any one region.Meanwhile,this REME should establish an agent-client relationship with the government,and make mutual benefit and cooperation with other enterprises and organizations during the bargain games.Besides making benefit through transferring the right of using the REC eco-label,REME should create other ways to correct risk preference and win advantageous position in the game.
