| 摘 要： | 瓜实蝇幼虫期共有3龄。对其1～3龄幼虫的体长、口钩长和口钩宽3个形态指标进行测量,结果表明,瓜实蝇1、2、3龄幼虫的体长分别为2.9224±0.1196 mm,5.2422±0.3067 mm,9.3035±0.2300mm;口钩长分别为0.0818±0.0012 mm,0.1503±0.0020 mm,0.2636±0.0022 mm;口钩宽分别为0.0469±0.0007 mm,0.0777±0.0009 mm,0.1280±0.0011 mm。不同龄幼虫间的体长、口钩长和口钩宽均有明显差异,其中口钩长和口钩宽数值范围在相邻龄期之间无重叠,可作为瓜实蝇幼虫分龄的依据。

| Abstract: | Bactrocera cucurbitae had three instars in larval stage.Three morphological characters,the body length,the length and width of mouth hook were measured at different instars.The results showed that the average length of body for 1st,2nd and 3rd instar were 2.9224 ± 0.1196 mm,5.2422 ± 0.3067 mm,9.3035 ± 0.2300 mm,respectively,the average length of mouth hook were 0.0818 ± 0.0012 mm,0.1503 ± 0.0020 mm,0.2636 ± 0.0022 mm,respectively,and the average width of mouth hook were 0.0469 ± 0.0007 mm,0.0777 ± 0.0009 mm,0.1280 ± 0.0011 mm,respectively.The length and the width of mouth hook had not any overlap between larval instars,suggesting that they could be the morphological characters for distinguishing larval instars of B.cucurbitae. |
