摘    要:以蒙古黄芪茎段为外植体,MS为基本培养基,设计不同浓度的IAA,NAA和6-BA等单因子和不同比例的细胞分裂素组合试验。结果表明,在芽的诱导增殖过程中,MS+NAA0 mg/L+6-BA1.0 mg/L的培养基效果最好;在诱导植株茎叶壮实高大增殖过程中,MS+NAA 0 mg/L+6-BA 0.3 mg/L的培养基效果较好,诱导率分别为89.2%和82.8%;生根培养过程中,MS+IAA2.0 mg/L的培养基效果较好,诱导生根率为55.9%。

Abstract:Stalk segments of Astragalus membranaceus Bge were cultured as explants on medium supplemented with plant hormone in different concentrations.The results showed that Murashige and Skoog(MS) medium supplemented with NAA 0 mg/L,6-BA 1.0 mg/L was the most effective medium for the differentiation and multiplication of the shoots.In the process of proliferation for plant tall and sturdy stems and leaves,MS + NAA 0 mg /L +6-BA 0.3 mg /L of the medium better.The induction rate was 89.2% and 82.8%.The optimum rooting medium was MS+IAA 2.0 mg/L.The induction rate of root was 55.9%.
