摘    要:分别以花生胚轴、子叶、幼叶为外植体,接种于诱导丛生芽培养基上,在25±1℃和3500 lx光照条件下培养,就不同外植体、激素配比等对丛生芽诱导的影响及其幼苗的成活率进行了对比研究。

Abstract:The peanut hypocotyls,cotyledons and young leaves were chosen as the explants to be inoculated on the multiple bud induction culture medium,and cultured under the temperature of 25±1℃ with the illumination condition of 3500lx.The different explants and different ratio of hormone which influenced the induction of multiple buds and the survival and transplanting of the young plants were studied in the paper.
