优质抗病烤烟种质资源的筛选

通过2002年田间鉴定评价，从167份烤烟种质资源中初步筛选出的10个综合表现较好的种质进行进一步研究，筛选出抗（或中抗）TMV、黑胫病和根结线虫病等3种主要病害的种质5个，抗（或中抗）其中2种和1种主要病害的种质分别为3个和2个；筛选出尼古丁含量低于1%和1%~2%之间的种质各4个；筛选出经济性状、外观质量和内在品质较好的种质H80A432、Islangold、潘圆黄等。鉴定出现蕾期比K326早6~8d的种质Carifonia valle、潘圆黄、台烟7号和台烟5号等；现蕾期比K326晚5~12d的种质Coker Tobacco、落地黄和H80A432等。这些优质抗病的种质推荐给育种者选择使用。

Screen out the High Quality and Resistant Disease Tobacco Germplasm Resources

10 flue-cured tobacco germplasm resources with good comprehensive characters have been screened out from 167 germplasm resources in the field test in 2002,and with ulterior motives research in the next year.The result showed that there were 5 germplasm resources resisted or medium resisted to the primary diseases such as TMV,blank shank,and tobacco root knot nematode separately.And also screened out 4 and 4 germplasm resources with low nicotine below 1% and 1% to 2% separately.There were 4 germplasm resources bud 6 to 8 days earlier than K326,and 3 germplasm resources bud 5 to 12 days later than K326 to be identified.H80A432,Islangold and Panyuanhuang were screened out which have good economic character,leaf face quality and immanency quality.Those germplasm resources will be recommend to breeding workers to be use.
