玉米苞叶力学性能研究

摘    要:在测试玉米苞叶纵横向抗拉强度与抗剪切冲击强度的基础之上,分析强度的影响因素以及玉米苞叶的用途.分析结果表明,玉米苞叶纵向强度与其厚度和材料含水率无关,而仅仅与纤维的强度有关;玉米苞叶横向强度与其厚度有很大的关系,而与含水率无关.除此之外,玉米苞叶纵横向强度差异较大.根据研究结果,玉米苞叶板强度大小以及强度特性可以通过调整板的厚度来满足工业材料的要求.

Abstract:As a biological material, corn brace has many advantages. So based on the traditional application, it will be possible to play its role further by introducing modern processing technology. In view of this problem, this paper analyses factors which will influence the intensities of corn brace and its usage by testing tension strength as well as impact resistant and slip resistance of parallel and perpendicular to grain. The results show that the longitudinal strength of corn brace has nothing to do with the thickness, material moisture content but only with strength of the fiber; the lateral strength of corn brace has nothing to do with water content, but has important relevance to the thickness. In addition, intensity of Parallel and perpendicular to corn brace varies widely. According to the results of this study, the intensity of strength and its properties of the corn brace can server as industrial materials.
