| 摘 要： | 西北资源植物提取物“JAl”的亚慢性毒性试验结果为:当剂量为1/10 LD_(50)时,呈现一定毒性反应;剂量为1/20 LD_(50)时,对体重、一般情况、血象、肝功(SGPT)均无毒性反应,仅肾功(BUN)略受影响;当剂量为1/30 LD_(50)时,各项指标均属正常,为无毒安全剂量。此结果为“JAl”在临床上的应用提供了可靠的依据。

| Abstract: | The subchronic poisonous test of JAI was conducted on mice. The results obtained revealed that in the dosage of 1/10 LD_(50) it showed some poisonous effects and that in the dosage of 1/20 LD_(50) it had no poisonous effects on body weight, general conditions, blood picture and liver functions (SGPT); only the kidney functions were slightly affected. In the dosage of 1/30 LD_(50) all the indices were normal, indicating that this dosage might be poisonless. |
