摘    要:应用氨基酸分析技术,不同国家(或地区)的不同种类鱼粉及其氨基酸组分、特征、规律与鱼粉的加工工艺,结果创立了以检测鱼粉中的特征氨基酸作为鱼粉中是否掺假的方法途径和技术步骤;系统地主有关研究鉴定进口鱼粉掺假的实验方法,分析依据、界定指标和测定验证结论为识别掺假鱼粉提供了可靠的检测手段和品质控制保证,对进口鱼粉的质量安全和检验工作具有直接的指导意义和实用价值。

Abstract:The author has established a method for identifying adulterated fish meals by analyzing taurine, a specific amino-acid in fish meal. Amino-acid analysis is used to study the amino-acid compositions, characteristics and regularities of various commercial fish meals of different types originating from different countries as well as their processing techniques. The method can be used as methodological way and technical procedure both to determine whether the fish meals have been adulterated. The experimental method used for determining the adulteration of fish meals, analytical criteria, baseline parameters and verification method for the testing are systematically described in the paper. This method is a reliable testing method giving quality control/assurance for the identification of adulterated fish meal, it provides direct guide for the quality inspection of the imported fish meals, and has a practical value as well.
