红光和蓝光对甘蓝型油菜黄籽和黑籽粒色的影响

摘    要:在甘蓝型黄籽和黑籽油菜种子发育时期用红光和蓝光处理植株,待种子成熟后,分别测定其种皮中的PAL活性及蛋白质,多酚,花色素和黑色素的含量,结果表明,蓝光可降低PAL活性,增加蛋白质含量、减少多酚,花色素和黑色素的合成,PAL活性对甘蓝型油菜种皮色泽有影响,且对黄籽的影响更大。

Abstract:The plants of yellow and black-seeded B.napuswere treated with red light or blue light during seeds developing. The activity of Phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL) and the content of proteins, polyphenols, anthocyanidins, melanin pigments were measured in seed hulls of yellow and black-seeded B.napusafter the seeds matured. The result showed that there were lower activity of PAL, higher content of protien, lower content of polyphenols, anthocyanidins, melanin pigments in the seedhulls treaded with blue light. Seedcoat color of B.napuswas influenced by the activity of PAL. The influence was greater on yellow seedcoat than black seedcoat.
