| 摘 要： | 转向节是农用运输车、汽车车桥的重要基础件,其使用是否可靠,直接危及人-车的行驶安全。针对某农用运输车转向节在其寿命使用范围内转向节轴与转向节臂出现开裂的问题,本文对现有转向节结构进行了有限元分析,并据分析结果对原结构进行了改进设计。

Finite element analyses on steering knuckle |

| Abstract: | Steering knuckle is a most important basic part of fanning truck, its used reliability is direct contact with running safety of human-vehicle. Aimed at a steering knuckle of farming truck appear a fatigue fracture problem in its using life, we analyzed its structure with finite element method. Its structure is modified according as the analysis result. |
