摘    要:茶树益微(TBM:Teabeneficialmicrobes)是从茶树上分离筛选出的一种芽孢杆菌微生态制剂。在茶芽膨大期每公顷喷施150g,有明显增加新梢密度、长度、伸育速率、展叶数、叶面积、叶片厚度和百芽重的效果,益徽处理的新梢叶片净光合强度增加30%以上,叶片栅栏组织与海绵组织细胞排列紧密,内含物质充实,比叶重增加10%。大田一二轮芽各施2次,三四轮芽各施1次,春、夏、秋茶增产20%-65%,其中春茶中的雨前茶产量、产值分别增长>29%和26%,其效果明显优于广谱增产菌微生态制剂,茶树益微加微量营养元素的效果更佳。

Abstract:The tea beneficial microbes(TBM),namely Bacillus spp , isolated from tea plants,was manufacturedinto the microecological preparationIncreasing in bud density,shoot length,developing speed ’leaf amount,leaf area,leaf thickness and shoot weight could be obtained by spraying the TBM solution,with a dosage of150g/hm2 , to tea bushes at the expanding stage of the buds The net photosynthetic rate of the leaves in- creased by 30%,the unit weight of the leaves increased by 10%, and the cells in the palisade and spongy tis-sues ranged more closely and contained more abundant substances after being treated by the TBM;Increa-sing in the yields in spring,summer and autumn by 29%-65%could be obtained by conducting 2 sprayings of the TBM solution sach during the first and the second developing rounds of the shoots,and one spraying each during athe third and foulrthe developing rouds,of which,increasings in the yield and the output value be- fore the “Grain-Rani”(April 20)by 29%and 26%respectively.A more effective efficiency could be achieved by associating micronutrients with the TBM.
