| 摘 要： | 加速扩大我国森林资源必须同时注意资源的数量和质量。当前造林实践中忽视宏观的指导和对造林质量的片面理解,是造林成效不高的重要原因之一,从而影响森林资源的质量。本文着重讨论过去忽视造林宏观指导的后果及加强宏观管理的意见。

| Abstract: | Currently, it is a main cause, resulting in lower efficiency in the silviculture to neglect the macro-control and to take a one-sided approach to the quality in tho silvicultural practice. As a result, the quality of the forest resources is impaired. This paper has discussed the consequences caused by negligence in the macro-control; besides, made suggestions about strengthening the macro-control. |
