摘    要:猪肠毒素大肠杆菌F4(ETEC F4)是引起1~2周龄仔猪黄、白痢最普遍、危害最大的大肠杆菌。ETEC F4能否致病,决定于猪的小肠上皮细胞有无ETEC F4受体。本文综述了ETEC F4的黏附模式,F4特异受体在猪小肠中的分布,受体的生化特性,受体编码基因的定位、克隆现状及存在的问题,并对今后F4受体的研究方向及应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract:Strains of enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli that express F4 fimbriae(ETEC F4)are an major cause of diarrhea and mortality in newborn and weaned piglets.The F4 fimbriae mediate adhesion of bacteria to receptors on porcine intestinal epithelial cells,which is the initial step in the establishment of enteric infection.In this paper,the adhesion patterns of ETEC F4 fimbriae,the detection and distribution of F4-specific receptors were reviewed,the biochemical properties of F4-specific receptors,the mapping and cloning of the recptor locus were also summarized.Future perspective on F4-specific receptors research and application were also discussed in this paper.
