摘    要:从杂草化和基因漂移方面探讨了转基因植物释放的生态风险问题;从导入的外源基因、标记基因、启动子和T-DNA边界序列以及未知预料的基因多效性等方面评述了转基因植物食品安全性问题。

Abstract:Risk assessments for the release of genetically modified (GM) plants into the environment are reviewed with focus on the spreading of transgenes to weedy species and the effect of the gene flow on the ecosystems;the safety of GM plants in food is reviewed based on the effects of the inserted foreign genes,marker genes,promoter sequences,left and right ends sequences of T-DNA and undesirable genes.
