| 摘 要： | 使用 DNA 磷酸钙共沉淀方法,把油桐尺蠖核型多角体病毒 DNA 导入3株昆虫细胞株。结果表明,同源细胞株的被转染率显著高于非同源细胞株。用间接免疫酶技术检测细胞中病毒多角体蛋白的存在来确定转染率的方法,可在转染21小时后就获得结果,该方法快速、简便。同时,还研究了吸附时间和病毒 DNA 浓度对转染的影响。

| Abstract: | The DNA of Buzura suppressaria Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus(BsNPV)was introducted into three insect cell lines with DNA-calcium phosphatecoprecipitation method.Transfection efficiency was measured by stainingcells for the presence of BsNPV polyhedral protein with indirect immuno-peroxidase technique.The effect of absoption time and BsNPV DNA con-centration on transfection was also investigated. |
