喷雾器恒压防滴技术的试验研究

摘    要:介绍恒压防滴技术的工作原理和理论计算。并对不同结构参数进行了试验研究。结果表明:恒压防滴装置性能主要由弹簧刚度、阀芯行程和膜片面积决定。且使用恒压防滴技术的喷雾器流量的变异系数小于2%,保证施药精量、准确。

Abstract:This paper introduces the principles and theoretical calculations of the static pressure and anti-dipping method and the empirical study of the parameters of different structures.Results show that the properties of the static pressure and anti-dipping device are mainly dependent on the strength of the springs,the range of the valve and the size of the membrane.To ensure accurate and precise use of the insecticide,the variable coefficient of the flow rate of the sprayer must be smaller than 2%.
