| 摘 要： | 2003年3月5日,从石河子北郊温室中采回具有大量根结的甜瓜根,经室内解剖镜检,发现根内有大量根结线虫和卵,通过形态观察和测量、鉴别寄主反应,雌虫酯酶同工酶凝胶电脉等方法进行比较鉴定,确定为南方根结线虫(Meoidogyne incognita).

Identification of Root-knot Nematode on Muskmelon in the North Outskirts Greenhouse of Shihezi |

| Abstract: | Many muskmelon roots taking on the large quantity of root-knots were collected from a greenhouse in north of Shihezi city on March 5,2003.The samples were observed a lot of Root-knot nematodes and eggs by dissecting nicroscope.According to morphological characters observation and measurement dates,differential host reaction,the causal factor was finally identified to be Meoidogyne incognita. |
