创建沙产业防治沙漠化的一种新形式──庄园模式

泰来县是嫩江沙地沙漠化比较严重的县。沙漠化是影响农业生产的主要因素，具政府自１９９１年以来，制定了一系列治沙优惠政策，以农户为单位在沙地里建立庄园模式区，防治沙漠化，综合开发沙地资源。经达几年的实践，不仅锁住了风沙，改善了生态环境，而且经济效益显著，庄园户人均收入提前达到小康水平。该治沙模式为农牧交错半湿润地区防治沙漠化提供了宝贵的经验。

MANORIAL MODE──A NEW FORM FOR ESTABLISHING SANDY INDUSTRY AND CONTROLLING DESERTIFICATION

Tailal County,located in Nenjiang Plain,is seriously affected by land desertification,that is the main factor hindering agriculture. Since 1991,the government has formulated a series of favorable policies establishing manorial mode in sandy land to combat desertification. One house hold of villager become a manor to manage a certain area of land,controlling wind and sand and using sandy land resources. After several year's struggle,they have not only brought desertification under control,but achieved great economic benefits,the income of the manorial households have met the comfortable target earlier than expected.The manorial mode provides valuable experience for farming-pastoral criss-cross subhumid areas to combat desertification.
