春用蚕品种春蕾·激华×826·H72的育成

采用辐射育种和系统选育等育种方法，历经１０ 多年春、秋两季严格的后代选择，育成健康性好、发育整齐、繁育系数高的多丝量蚕品种激华，与引进种组配成春蕾·激华×８２６· Ｈ７２（ 简称川蚕１２号） 四元杂交种。实验室和农村生产鉴定结果表明，该四元杂交种强健好养，收茧量高，茧丝质优良，其万蚕茧层量比对照种锦５·６ ×绫３·４ 高５５２ ％ ，健蛹率９５９１ ％ ，茧丝长１ ４３９ ｍ ，解舒率７２ ％ ，鲜毛茧出丝率１９２３ ％ ，净度９７ 分。

Breeding of Spring Rearing Silkworm Variety Chunlei.Jihua×826.H72

A new spring rearing hypersilkgeneous silkworm variety with good health,uniform development,high propagation coefficient named Jihua was bred out through radiation and line selection in spring and autumn for more than ten years.It was paired with introduced varieties chunlei,826 and H72 into a quaternary hybrid “Chunlei·Jihua × 826·H72”,which is called chuan can No.12 for short.The results of laboratory identification and countryside rearing test showed that it is strong and healthy,easy to rear and with high cocoon harvest and excellent silk quality.Its cocoon shell weight per 10,000 silkworms is 5.52% higher than that of the control Jin5·6 × Ling3·4,ratio of survival pupae 95.91%,cocoon filament length 1,439m,reelability percentage 72%,raw silk percentage of fresh cocoons 19.23 %,neatness 97 points.
