麦绿素用大麦品种的品质性状研究

摘    要:根据对麦绿素用大麦的品质要求,对6个大麦品种的品质性状进行了研究.结果表明,花30和苏啤3号的鲜重和干重以及茎叶叶绿素含量明显高于其他品种;茎叶蛋白质含量最高的是黄皮裸大麦,大中88-91及花30其次;茎叶营养元素Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn含量较为均衡的是六棱子,而花30只是Zn含量最高.

Abstract:According to special quality requirements of Barley Green,the biomass,yield,protein content,chlorophyll content and microelement content of 6 barley varieties were determined.The results showed that Hua 30 and Supi No.3 had significantly higher fresh weight,dry weight and chlorophyll content in the tender stems and leaves than other varieties;Huangpiluo had the highest protein content in the tender stems and leaves among all tested varieties,followed by Dazhong 88-91 and Hua 30;the nutritive element content(Ca,Mg,Cu,Zn) in the stems and leaves of Liulengzi was more balanced,and the Zn content in Hua 30 was topmost.
