摘    要:以嫁接黄瓜幼苗为试材,在人工控制水分条件下研究了不同基质、湿度对黄瓜/黑籽南瓜和黄瓜/黄瓜嫁接苗根系发育的影响.结果表明:黄瓜/黑籽南瓜嫁接苗的干(鲜)质量、根冠比、根系体积、根系活力和吸收面积均大于同一水分梯度下的黄瓜自接苗;在供水充足(基质湿度85%)的条件下,黄瓜/黑籽南瓜嫁接苗的根系所产生的地上部生物量与基质湿度为65%时差异不显著,R/T65%

Abstract:Cucumber grafted seedling were exposed under the different moisture content gradient(respectively water capacity was 85 %,65 % and 45 %) to investigate the responses of root system development and growth redundancy.The result showed that the cucumber grafted the black seed pumpkin had a higher of fresh and dry weight of the part above and under the ground,root to top ratio(R/T),root activity,the total root-absorbing area and the root active-absorbing area compares with the cucumber grafted itself under the different moisture content gradient.Under higher moisture content(85 % of water capacity) there was no significantly difference in biomass above ground of the cucumber grafted the black seed pumpkin compared with one under lower moisture content(65 % of water capacity),and R/T65 %< R/T85 %.It is suggested that the phenomenon of "the root system growth redundancy" existed in big root system of the cucumber grafts the black seed pumpkin under higher moisture content(85 % of water capacity).
