烟叶复烤工艺及自动控制系统的研制

摘    要:针对国内传统烟叶复烤过程的弊端和双杆机两侧阀门调节问题,研究总结出烟叶复烤生产工艺技术参数随外部因素变化的规律及双杆复烤机两侧阀门均衡调节的处理方法;并依此开发研制出以烟叶复烤机各区、室温度作为控制条件,具有均衡调节和自适应调节功能,手动、键控和集散型自动控制并存模式的“YWS96-B型烟叶复烤机控制系统”。应用结果表明:该控制系统达到了烟叶复烤机连续稳定运行、节能降耗和在线维护维修的目标;提高了烤烟的质量和产量,收到了较好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:In view of the shortcomings of the traditional technology for tobacco leaf baking and the problems of adjusting double-sided valves of the re-baking machine with double poles, the technological parameters of the tobacco leaf re-baking were studied and the changing law with other factors was obtained. The way for well-balanced adjustment of double-sided valves of the re-baking machine with double poles was found out. Based on those research results, a YWS96-B type control system of tobacco leaf re-baking machine with the function of well-balanced adjustment and self-adapted adjustment was researched and developed, which can be controlled through the pattern of hand control, keyboard control or centralized-distributed automatic control using temperatures in different baking zones and rooms as control conditions. The practical application shows that this control system has met the design requirements of continuous and stable operation, energy-saving, cost-reducing and on-line maintenance. Using this technology and automatic control system, the quality and output of the tobacco leaf were raised, and better socioeconomic benefits were obtained.
