仿生式开沟机出土过程的运动学分析

摘    要:仿生式开沟机出土时,运动比较复杂,为获得合理的设计参数,使开沟机具有理想的出土性能,对其进行了运动学分析,获得了开沟机工作部件——铁锨在出土过程中的速度变化数学表达式,为开沟机出土时所需的最大功率和平均功率的计算提供了依据。

Abstract:The kinematic behavior of working component of a bionic trench digger is complicated when the component is being out of soil. In order to select reasonable design parameters and to obtain good performances for out of soil, the kinematic analysis was carried out. The mathematical expression of the change of working speed of the blade during out of soil was developed. This model could be used as the basis of calculating the max and average powers required during the digger out of soil.
