柴油机排气歧管流固耦合分析

摘    要:联合AVL-Fire与有限元分析软件对某柴油机排气歧管进行了温度场、热应力分析。首先利用AVL-Fire对排气歧管做内外流场CFD计算,得到排气歧管内外表面的热边界条件,即流体温度和换热系数,将该计算结果作为排气歧管的热边界条件并用有限元软件计算出排气歧管的温度场和热应力。

Abstract:The temperature field and thermal stress were calculated for a diesel engine exhaust manifold combined with AVL-Fire and ANSYS software. First, inner and outer flow CFD analysis were carried out to obtain the thermal boundary conditions of exhaust manifold' s inner and outer surfaces, that is, the fluid temperature and heat transfer coefficient. Then, ANSYS software was used to calculate the exhaust manifold' s temperature and thermal stress.
