| 摘 要： | 城市土地资源的优化配置对城市建设的市场经济发展有重要影响，本文提出优化配置的原则，以及通过政府干预和市场经济手段提高资源优化配置效益的措施。城市土地资源配置和建设，不能只注意经济效益而忽视环境效益，要处理好当前与长远、局部与整体的关系，并要形成各自特有的风格，发扬各自的优势。

| Abstract: | The important factors of city land resources must be the excellent cooperationwhich will exert an important influence on the development of market economy and cityconstruction. The anothers advance the principle of the excellent cooperation and the meas u res for raising the benefit of excellent cooperation by goverment interference. Thecooperation and construction of city land resources must pay attention to the benefits ofeconomy and environment, deal well with the relations between the present and the future,between part and the whole. It should display the characteristic style, and full use of the superiority. |
